Duties:

- Develop and implement strategies to meet estimating deadlines.
- Manage inbounding claims, contact customers to schedule appointments.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the executive team and other employees.
- Execute daily task.
- Write insurance reconstruction and restoration estimates using Xactimate and Symbility.
- Must be able to multitask with critical deadlines and those that will become due.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Evaluate performance metrics and financial data to ensure teams are completing projectsfor the company's success.

-Knowledge using moisture mapping software.

Requirements:

- National background check and drug test mandatory.
- Clean driving record.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Solid understanding of Xactimate and symbility estimating software.
- Exceptional understanding of insurance restoration and reconstruction work.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Strong understanding of restoration IE: water, fire, mold, roofing and re-construction
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
